Where do you deliver?
We're proud to have members across 21 countries. We can deliver anywhere in Europe & North America.
You will not have to pay any extra taxes or duties.
When will I receive my album?
Your Mosaic Journal, the actual photo album, is dispatched as soon as you check out, for you to fill with photos as the year goes on.
You'll receive tracking information right away.
In the UK it takes 1-3 days to arrive, for the EU & USA it takes 3-10 days to arrive.
How often do I receive my photos?
You will receive your photos once every month based on your sign up date.
For example if you signed up on the 5th January, your first batch will include all photos from the 5th January to 4th February.
Your second batch would be 5th February to 4th March etc.
If you ever upload photos late, they will automatically be included in the next delivery.
Can I start my journal in the past?
Yes - absolutely!
You can pick your start date when creating your journal.
What happens if I miss a day?
Not to worry! All photos that you miss are rolled over.
You can upload missed photos and they'll automatically be added to your next delivery.
Is the album dated?
No - there are 52 blank spreads in the album. Each spread represents a week.
However, you have the option to print the date directly onto your photographs through the app.
Can I upload photos from my camera roll?
Absolutely! Mosaic Journal syncs with your camera roll to make it quick, easy and fun to upload photographs.
You also have the option to capture your photo from within the app.
Can I have multiple journals?
Yes - absolutely!
You can create multiple journals to capture different journeys through the settings.
How long do I have to change my photos?
You have an extra 48 hours from your print-date every month to edit your photos.
Can I gift an album with pre-selected photos?
You can order photos and the album separately by creating a new journal with a start date in the past - but you will have to slot them in yourselves.

How do I redeem a purchase?
To redeem a purchase simply enter your coupon within the app when creating a new journal.
