Where do you deliver?
We're proud to have members across 21 countries. We can deliver anywhere in Europe & North America.
You will not have to pay any extra taxes or duties.
Do I have to pay tax?
No! We pay all the tax on your behalf.
When will I receive my album?
If you place your order today you will receive your album by Christmas in the UK, and by the New Years everywhere else.
How often do I receive my photos?
You will receive your photos once every month based on your sign up date.
For example if you signed up on the 5th January, your first batch will include all photos from the 5th January to 4th February.
Your second batch would be 5th February to 4th March etc.
If you ever upload photos late, they will automatically be included in the next delivery.
Can I start my journal in the past?
Yes - absolutely!
You can pick your start date when creating your journal.
Can I upload from my camera roll?
Absolutely! Mosaic Journal syncs with your camera roll to make it quick, easy and fun to upload photographs.
You also have the option to capture your photo from within the app.
What happens if I miss a day?
Not to worry! All photos that you miss are rolled over.
You can upload missed photos at any time and they'll automatically be added to your next delivery.
Can I have multiple journals?
Yes - absolutely!
You can create multiple journals to capture different journeys through the settings.
Does the app work on both Android and Apple?
Yes! Click "download now" in the navigation bar of our website to download the app.
