We keep this policy regular review and we may change it at any time. This version was last updated on 10th May 2022. If we make any changes to this policy, these changes will be posted on the Mosaic Journal App and, where appropriate, notified to you by email or when you next start the Mosaic Journal App.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Information you give us. This is information you consent to giving us about you by (i) downloading the Mosaic Journal App, (ii) filling in forms on the Mosaic Journal App, (iii) corresponding with us (for example, by email or chat), (iv) purchasing the print subscription services, (v) making purchases in the Mosaic Journal App, (vi) sharing data by the Mosaic Journal App’s social media functions, (vii) entering a competition, promotion or survey, (viii) reporting a problem.

We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your personal data. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, transmission of personal data to and from the Mosaic Journal App is at your own risk. You should only access the Mosaic Journal App within a secure environment.

Where we have given you or where you have chosen a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Mosaic Journal App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

DATA RETENTION  

We will retain your personal data for as long as you have an account for the Mosaic Journal App.

In the event that you do not use the Mosaic Journal App for a period of 12 months then we will treat the account as expired and your personal data may be deleted. 

In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you. 

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
